Leading The Way

As the Massachusetts Senior Care Foundation celebrates its 25th anniversary, we are truly Leading the Way in senior care excellence and innovation and emerging as a national leader in care transitions, culture change, workforce development and healthy aging.

Please join us for the Foundation's 25th Anniversary Gala, Leading the Way, on October 1st at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston.  The Gala will celebrate our success and honor the exceptional leadership of Ned Morse, who, in his 25 years as President of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association, has championed the quality and integrity of senior care in the Commonwealth.

We Can’t Do It Without You!

The Foundation thrives thanks to the generous financial support of our members and friends, and a leadership gift is a wonderful way to support the scholarship program and ensure the future growth of the Foundation’s education and research initiatives. Donor benefits vary for each giving level and may include Gala tickets, program book ads, acknowledgment during the Gala, annual meeting booth, and more. Click here for information on leadership giving opportunities. Click here for a leadership giving pledge form.

We hope we can count on your support this year.  Pledges confirmed by September 1st will be acknowledged in the Gala program book and other event materials.  To discuss leadership giving, please contact Lyn Keithline at 617-558-0202 x 242.

Last Year's Campaign Highlights

A Foundation Scholar Breakfast with special guest Ted Kennedy, Jr., was held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at the DCU Center in Worcester. Over 150 donors gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of the Foundation Scholars awarded scholarships in 2009 and to support the Foundation. The Breakfast was the culmination of a very successful campaign that raised nearly $250,000 to fund the Foundation Scholarship Program and other Foundation initiatives that support quality care and healthy aging. The Breakfast preceded the annual meeting of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association, “Mass Senior Care at 60: Focusing on the Future”.

Past Campaign Highlights

In 2008, the Foundation was thrilled to host Boston College football legend and former NFL player Doug Flutie as featured guest at a Donor Breakfast attended by the Foundation’s leadership donors.

With the generous support of Mass Senior Care members, affiliated businesses, and concerned individuals, the Donor Breakfast kicked off an exciting day of events planned to celebrate our new name “Mass Senior Care”.
